Introducing THETA Videos (VoD)

Experience the next evolution of the THETA Network on THETA.tv

The THETA team is thrilled to bring you the video-on-demand (VOD) experience directly on THETA.tv. We’re releasing the first iteration of this feature that gives THETA.tv content creators to ability to upload and share their own videos. We are looking forward for all the awesome VOD content that will be created and we will be continuing to develop this type of content on the platform. 

Upload your videos on THETA.tv

As we introduce this feature, THETA.tv streamers are able to upload videos.

Partners get 5 uploads/week

Affiliates get 3 uploads/week

Streamers get 1 upload/week

We will expanding this limit as we continue to develop our VoD infrastructure. 

 

Current streamers will have access to a new menu item in their livestreaming dropdown to manage channel videos.

 

Once accessed, there will be an area where you can upload your own videos including a title, description, and cover image that will be displayed for this video in your channel.


You should be able to upload the common video formats. We recommend to that the videos you upload are a good representation of you and your content. Also make sure that your uploads are less than 500MB in size. 

Video content uploaded on THETAtv are subject to our Streamer Guidelines.
Please make sure your content adheres to these guidelines prior to uploading
